In our continuous effort to improve our facilities and services,
please be informed that Maxims Genting will be undergoing a
renovation and refurbishment programme from 21st March
until end-August 2011 for your future comfort.
We regret the inevitable noise disruption between 10am till 10pm
and rest assured that every effort will be made to minimise the
inconvenience and to ensure you a pleasant stay throughout your

- Applicable rate
for each type of suite quoted above is for one (1) room night.
- All the rates
quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and nett, which is inclusive of
prevailing government tax and service charge.
- All reservations
are subject to availability of suites and other Genting Malaysia Bhd's policies and
procedures.
- All reservations
are ONLY confirmed upon payment within the period of time given.
- For payments made
via credit card, charge card or cash card, reservation is only confirmed
upon the bank or financial institution's approval on the transaction
being obtained.
- All rates,
designated season and other information as reflected above are subject
to change from time to time without prior notice.
- All Club Suites
are only for a maximum of two (2) adults and one child under the age of
12 years old are free of charge when sharing room with the parents and
using existing bedding (no breakfast included for the child).
- Close up dates
may apply during high demand periods or such periods as Genting Malaysia
Bhd deems fit
without prior notice. Check-in time: 3.00pm and Check-out time: 12.00
noon. Guests checking out later than 12.00 noon and before 6.00pm are
subjected to a surcharge of a half-day rental; after 6.00pm, guests are
subjected to a full day rental based on the day rate.
- Rules and
regulations governing the suites shall be binding and applicable to all

- A refundable security deposit of RM500 (five
hundred ringgit) is required upon check-in.
